1. Acceptance of Terms
These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the Luck97 website located at luck97.best and all associated services, games, betting markets, and promotional offers made available through the platform (collectively, "the Platform"). By creating an account, making a deposit, or placing any bet on Luck97, you confirm that you have read these Terms in full and agree to be legally bound by them.
If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use the Luck97 platform. Continued use of the Platform after any updates to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. Luck97 recommends that you review this document periodically to stay informed of any changes.
These Terms are available in English. In the event of any discrepancy between translated versions and the English version, the English version shall prevail. The Platform operates in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) and is designed for use by Pakistani players.
Important Note
Luck97 is an 18+ only platform. Registering or using the Platform while under 18 years of age is a violation of these Terms and may result in the permanent closure of your account and forfeiture of any funds held therein.
2. Eligibility
To register and use a Luck97 account, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and throughout your continued use of the Platform:
- You must be at least 18 years of age.
- You must be a natural person — corporate or business accounts are not permitted.
- You must not be a resident of a jurisdiction where online gaming is explicitly prohibited by local law.
- You must not be acting on behalf of any other person or entity when placing bets.
- You must not currently be subject to any self-exclusion order or voluntary exclusion on Luck97 or any affiliated platform.
- You must not be an employee, director, contractor, or immediate family member of Luck97 or any of its software providers.
Luck97 reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time to confirm that these eligibility requirements are met. If a player is found to have breached eligibility requirements, Luck97 may close the account and withhold any winnings or bonus balances.
3. Account Registration
3.1 One Account Per Player
Each player is permitted to hold one Luck97 account only. Operating multiple accounts — whether under the same name, the same device, the same payment method, or the same IP address — is strictly prohibited. If Luck97 discovers multiple accounts belonging to the same individual, all accounts may be closed and all balances forfeited without prior notice.
3.2 Accurate Information
You must provide accurate, truthful and up-to-date personal information during registration. This includes your full legal name, date of birth, and contact details. Providing false information is a breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account closure. Luck97 may request supporting documents at any time to verify the information you have provided.
3.3 Account Security
You are fully responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Luck97 login credentials. Do not share your password with any other person. Luck97 will never ask for your password via email, phone, or chat. If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, you must notify Luck97 support immediately via live chat or email at support@luck97.best.
3.4 Account Currency
All Luck97 accounts are denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). All deposits, bets, winnings, bonuses and withdrawals are processed in PKR. No currency conversion is applied to your account balance.
Account Verification (KYC)
Luck97 may require you to complete identity verification (Know Your Customer) before processing withdrawals. You may be asked to provide a copy of your CNIC, a selfie, or proof of your payment method. This is standard practice across licensed gaming platforms and protects against fraud and money laundering.
4. Deposits and Withdrawals
4.1 Deposits
Luck97 accepts deposits via Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, SadaPay, bank IBFT transfers, and Visa/Mastercard debit or credit cards. The minimum deposit amount is Rs 500. Deposits are credited to your Luck97 account instantly for mobile wallet methods. Bank IBFT deposits may take up to two hours depending on your bank.
All funds deposited into your Luck97 account must originate from a payment source registered in your own name. Deposits made from payment methods belonging to a third party will be reversed and may result in account suspension.
4.2 Withdrawals
The minimum withdrawal amount at Luck97 is Rs 500. Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit, wherever possible. Luck97 processes approved withdrawal requests to Easypaisa and JazzCash within five minutes. Bank IBFT withdrawals are processed within two hours. There are no withdrawal fees charged by Luck97, though your bank or mobile wallet provider may apply their own charges.
4.3 Withdrawal Conditions
Luck97 may require a player to complete identity verification before processing their first withdrawal or at any point thereafter. Withdrawals from a balance that includes bonus funds are subject to the wagering requirements described in Section 6. Luck97 reserves the right to carry out security and fraud checks before approving any withdrawal request.
Third-Party Payments
Luck97 strictly prohibits the use of third-party payment methods. You may not deposit or withdraw using an account, wallet or card that does not belong to you. Any such transaction will be reversed and the player's account may be permanently closed.
5. Betting Rules
5.1 Placing Bets
All bets placed on Luck97 are final once confirmed by the system. You are responsible for ensuring the details of your bet are correct before confirming. Luck97 cannot cancel or amend a bet after it has been accepted by the system except in the circumstances described in Section 5.3.
5.2 Minimum and Maximum Stakes
Minimum and maximum stake amounts vary by game and market. These limits are displayed in the game interface before you place a bet. Luck97 reserves the right to adjust stake limits at any time without prior notice, including for individual accounts where unusual betting patterns are identified.
5.3 Voided Bets and Settlements
Luck97 reserves the right to void bets in the following circumstances: where an obvious pricing error has occurred; where there is evidence of match manipulation; where a game or sporting event is abandoned before completion and no official result is declared; or where a technical error has materially affected the outcome. In the case of voided bets, stakes are returned to the player's Luck97 account balance.
5.4 Odds and Pricing
All odds on Luck97 are displayed in decimal format. Luck97 strives to offer competitive odds but does not guarantee that our prices will match any other platform. Odds are subject to change up until the moment a bet is accepted, at which point the accepted odds are locked and final.
5.5 Live Betting
Luck97 offers in-play betting on a wide range of sports and cricket markets. Live betting markets are subject to temporary suspension during scoring events, timeouts, and video reviews. Luck97 is not responsible for any delay between live events and the Platform's data feed. Bets placed after an event has concluded will be voided.
6. Bonuses and Promotions
6.1 General Bonus Terms
Luck97 offers a range of bonuses and promotions to both new and existing players, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers and VIP rewards. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms published alongside each individual offer, as well as the general conditions set out in this section.
6.2 Wagering Requirements
Bonus funds credited to your Luck97 account are subject to wagering requirements before they can be withdrawn. Wagering requirements are stated as a multiplier applied to the bonus amount (for example, 10× means a bonus of Rs 1,000 requires Rs 10,000 in total bets before withdrawal). Unless stated otherwise, wagering requirements must be completed within 30 days of the bonus being credited.
The contribution of different game types to wagering requirements varies as follows: sports betting counts 100%; live casino and Andar Bahar count 100%; Aviator and crash games count 80%; slots count 100%. Jackpot slots and certain specific games may contribute at a reduced rate, as stated in the individual promotion terms.
6.3 Bonus Abuse
Luck97 actively monitors accounts for bonus abuse. This includes — but is not limited to — creating multiple accounts to claim a bonus more than once, placing opposing bets across multiple accounts to fulfil wagering requirements without risk, and systematically targeting low house-edge games to drain bonus funds. If Luck97 identifies bonus abuse, the relevant bonuses will be cancelled, associated winnings may be voided, and the account may be suspended.
6.4 Withdrawal of Deposit Before Wagering Completion
If you withdraw your real money balance before completing the wagering requirement on an active bonus, Luck97 will cancel the bonus and any winnings generated from bonus funds. Only your real money balance at the time of withdrawal will be paid out.
VIP Club Bonuses

7. Responsible Gaming

8. Prohibited Conduct
The following actions are strictly prohibited on the Luck97 platform. Any player found to have engaged in prohibited conduct will have their account suspended and may have their balance forfeited:
- Registering more than one account, whether personally or through a third party.
- Providing false, misleading or incomplete personal information at registration or during identity verification.
- Using software, bots, scripts or any automated system to interact with Luck97 games or betting markets.
- Exploiting technical errors, glitches or pricing mistakes to gain an unfair advantage.

- Sharing account access credentials with another person or allowing another person to operate your account on your behalf.
- Systematically placing bets with the primary intention of exploiting bonus offers (bonus abuse).
Chargebacks and Fraud
Initiating a chargeback, reversal or dispute with your payment provider in relation to a Luck97 transaction that was legitimate is considered fraud. Luck97 will challenge all illegitimate chargebacks and reserves the right to pursue recovery of fraudulently disputed funds through legal channels.
9. Privacy and Data

10. Account Suspension and Closure
10.1 Closure by Player
You may close your Luck97 account at any time by contacting support via live chat or email at support@luck97.best. Before closure, you should withdraw any available real money balance. Bonus balances and associated winnings that have not met wagering requirements will be forfeited upon account closure.
10.2 Suspension by Luck97
Luck97 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at its discretion, including where there is reasonable suspicion of fraud, identity fraud, prohibited conduct, money laundering, or breach of these Terms. In cases of confirmed fraud, Luck97 may withhold the entire account balance pending investigation and report the matter to relevant authorities.
10.3 Dormant Accounts
An account that has had no login activity for 12 consecutive months is considered dormant. Luck97 will notify you by email before applying a monthly dormancy administration fee of Rs 200 to the account balance, which will continue until either the account is reactivated by logging in, the balance reaches zero, or the account is permanently closed.
11. Limitation of Liability
Luck97 provides the Platform on an "as is" basis. While we make every effort to ensure the Platform is available, secure, and free of technical errors, we cannot guarantee uninterrupted access or error-free performance at all times.
Luck97's total liability to you for any claim arising from use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim. Luck97 shall not be liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental losses, including loss of profits, loss of data, or any financial loss arising from inability to access the Platform.
Luck97 is not responsible for losses caused by: your own failure to comply with these Terms; actions of third-party payment processors beyond our reasonable control; force majeure events including but not limited to natural disasters, internet outages, or governmental action; or your use of the Platform while under the influence of alcohol or other substances.
12. Changes to These Terms
Luck97 reserves the right to update or amend these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, we will notify registered players by email and display a notice on the Platform for a minimum of 14 days before the changes take effect. Minor changes such as typographical corrections or clarifications may be made without prior notice.
Your continued use of the Luck97 Platform after the effective date of any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree with the updated Terms, you must close your account before the effective date of the changes.
